
Student Life Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Student Life Administrative Officer to provide essential administrative support to the Student Life Directorate and executive assistance to the Director, Student Life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively to support strategic and operational goals.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support across the Student Life Directorate, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management. You will deliver executive assistant support to the Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements and support the coordination of directorate-wide initiatives, events, and projects. In addition to this, you will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures; and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and responsive manner.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will enjoy supporting others and take pride in delivering high-quality administrative services. You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $84,470 to $93,865 PA (HEW 5) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
