
Student Incident and Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Student Life team as a Student Incident and Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and interventions to achieve their academic and personal goals.
The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice, coordination and resolution of complex student incidents that impact the wider ECU community. These include incidents dealt with under the National Code for Gender Based Violence, as well as ECU’s Fitness to Study Policies and Procedures, Complaints, Reports of Sexual Assault/Sexual Harassment, student deaths and global, national, local or individual incidences that impact the wellbeing of ECU’s student cohort. In addition to this, the Student Incident and Support Coordinator may also provide support to students navigating the general or academic misconduct procedures at ECU. The Student Incident and Support Coordinator will work as part of a broader Safer Communities team to coordinate case management processes.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $104,030 to $116,563 PA (HEW 7) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
