**The Role**:
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand’s success in this competitive industry. Your expertise in sales, managing a small team, brand building and marketing will be essential in achieving our growth objectives.

**Role and Duties**:

- Lead brand development efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all channels.
- Liaise with outsourced digital marketing suppliers and manage their performance against agreed KPI’s
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
- Drive growth by identifying and securing new domestic markets, and maintaining relationships with partners.
- Manage budgets for marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability meets market demand.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategies and maximize sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with the wider team on product research and development, as well as promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years full-time proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record in brand building
- A relevant bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated success in managing sales team and marketing groups
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Fire Safety and Electrical Industry
- A passionate attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit are highly valued

**Desirable**
- Excellent spoken and written English-Spanish.
