We’re looking for a passionate and sales-driven **Personal Trainer** with a **Certificate IV in Fitness** to join our high-performing team at Vision PT Bondi Junction.

This is more than just a PT job. It’s a chance to step into a hybrid role combining **fitness coaching** with **sales, marketing, and leadership development** — ideal for someone who wants to build a future in studio management or business ownership.

**About the Role**

In this unique hybrid position, you’ll play a key role in both client coaching and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing leads from initial enquiry to client conversion
- Driving local marketing campaigns, outreach events, and social media content
- Delivering **20-25 Personal Training sessions per week** to committed, long-term clients
- Working closely with the Studio Owner and team to grow the business
- Earning performance-based bonuses and working toward studio leadership

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- **Certificate IV in Fitness (mandatory)**:

- Strong background in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Confidence using **social media** to attract leads and build engagement
- Ability to work toward **KPIs and business goals**:

- Current **First Aid/CPR** and **Working With Children Check** (or willingness to obtain)

**What You’ll Receive**
- **$40-$47.50/hour** during your **initial 12-week onboarding** (fully paid, no rent)
- After onboarding**:$60,000 base salary** + **uncapped commissions and bonuses**:

- Career progression to **Studio Manager** or **Franchise Owner** ($120K-$250K+)
- Paid onboarding & structured career development (100+ training hours in first 3 months)
- All admin, insurance, tax, and super taken care of — so you can focus on coaching
- Guaranteed weekly income from Day 1
