**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the organisation’s sales and marketing functions, with a focus on driving revenue growth, maximising brand visibility, and enhancing customer loyalty. This role plays a key part in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the organisation’s long-term goals.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, event planners, and travel agents.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients and group bookings.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Coordinate promotional events and campaigns in line with brand identity.
- Collaborate with operations and guest services teams to ensure brand consistency.

**About You**
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, creative, and commercially minded.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + Super

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
