To continuously support this vision, we are now seeking a highly motivated **Pre-Owned Prestige Vehicle Sales Manager** who is looking to join a growing business with the potential for long-term career growth. Position based at **Mercedes-Benz** **Warwick Farm.**

**What the role entails**:

- Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
- Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
- Mentoring and coaching sales team
- Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
- Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong leadership qualities in automotive or used vehicles industries
- Outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
- Knowledge of motor dealership systems, Pentana and Dealer Socket will be an advantage
- Effective people management capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- An array of product knowledge across the pre-owned car sector
- Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications highly regarded
