**About the Role**:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced **New Vehicle Sales Consultant** to join our **Mercedes-Benz** team in **Warwick Farm.**

To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

**What the role entails**:

- ** Customer Engagement & Enquiries**:
Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
- ** Lead Management & Follow-Up**:
Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
- ** Sales & Target Achievement**:
Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
- ** Product Knowledge & Promotion**:
Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.

- Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals
- A genuine commitment to delivering industry-leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences
