To continuously support this vision, we are now seeking a highly motivated Pre-Owned Prestige Vehicle Sales Manager who is looking to join a growing business with the potential for long-term career growth. Position based at Mercedes-Benz Warwick Farm.

What the role entails:

  • Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
  • Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
  • Mentoring and coaching sales team
  • Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • Strong leadership qualities in automotive or used vehicles industries
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
  • Knowledge of motor dealership systems, Pentana and Dealer Socket will be an advantage
  • Effective people management capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
  • An array of product knowledge across the pre-owned car sector
  • Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications highly regarded
