**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised** Vehicle Service Agent in Service Administration department** with great administration experience to join our team at **Mercedes-Benz** Service Centre in **Artarmon**.

**What the role entails**:

- Check in/check out of vehicles
- Assess vehicles for damage during loan/rental
- Manage bookings made by customers online
- Manage fleet age
- Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
- Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area.
- Provide exceptional value adding and customer service to internal and external parties, where relevant
- Process data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide general administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
- Collaborate with other teams when projects assigned
- Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures

**What we are looking for**:

- Must hold full work rights in Australia
- Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and accuracy requirements
- High level of interpersonal, verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve and establish work priorities
- Comply so far as reasonable instructions provided by your manager or business
- Cooperate with any PWAH policies and procedures
- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
