**About the Role**:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced **Diagnostic Technician** to become a key member of our **Mercedes-Benz Service Team** in **Warwick Farm**. If you thrive on solving technical challenges and delivering top-tier service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Performing advanced diagnostics across the **Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans** range
- Working closely with **Mercedes-Benz Australia** to resolve complex technical issues
- Identifying, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle faults with precision
- Completing all jobs in line with the **Manufacturer Repair Times Guide** and **Peter Warren Retail standards**:

- Road testing vehicles and performing quality checks to ensure a **First-Time Fix**:

- Staying up to date with the latest brand knowledge through ongoing **Mercedes-Benz training**:

- Mentoring and supporting other technicians in the workshop

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Qualified Technician certification (essential)
- Minimum **5 years’ experience** in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver’s licence
- Great organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- A collaborative team player who’s also confident working independently
- A genuine passion for the **Mercedes-Benz** brand
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz is a plus, but not essential
