**COMPANY**:
A state government authority responsible for planning and delivering the largest infrastructure project in Victoria's history.

**ROLE**:
The Manager Learning and Development and Inclusion is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise approaches to learning and development to enable employees to perform at their best and to build the long-term capability requirements across the organisation, in line with the organisation's People Strategy. This role is also responsible for the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that support the organisations commitment to embrace diversity and create an inclusive culture where everyone feels safe.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify workforce capabilities required to support the long-term success of the organisation.
- Lead the development of inhouse learning programs to support compliance-based requirements, leadership development, onboarding, and technical development.
- Develop, deliver and coordinate graduate development program to attract graduates and provide development opportunities.
- Lead the development of programs and initiatives that support our four cultural pillars and how they are embedded into the workplace through performance management, learning and development programs, term development initiatives.
- Develop programs and initiatives to support leadership development at all levels.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Demonstrated expertise in the identification, development and delivery of complex learning and development initiatives; including measurement to understand the impact programs and initiatives have in the workplace.
- Proven ability to translate identified business needs into pragmatic and value-adding learning and development initiatives that deliver tangible results.
- Management experience.
- Must be double vaccinated.
