An experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Manager is being sought to join our client's team. In this capacity, the Learning & Development Manager will assume a pivotal role in designing and implementing learning strategies, cultivating employee development, and contributing to our client's commitment to excellence. This individual's expertise will drive workforce enhancement and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration with senior leadership and HR teams to identify learning needs and craft customized development programs.
- Development and delivery of engaging learning initiatives, workshops, and training modules to elevate employee capabilities.
- Leadership in the introduction of digital learning solutions to facilitate flexible and accessible learning experiences.
- Evaluation and measurement of training effectiveness, with continuous improvement based on feedback and outcomes.
- Oversight of the learning budget, resource allocation, and management of vendor relationships for optimal utilization.
- Advocacy for a culture of perpetual learning, innovation, and advancement throughout the organization.
- Vigilance regarding industry trends and best practices in learning and development, enriching our client's offerings.
- Provision of guidance to managers on employee development, career progression, and succession planning.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Profound comprehension of digital learning platforms and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee a team of learning professionals.
- Analytical acumen, enabling measurement of training impact and outcomes.
- Familiarity with the financial services or banking sector is advantageous.
