**What you will do**:

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify training and development needs across the company
- Work closely with the learning designer to design and build engaging learning content for different departments across the business, including e-learning modules, videos, flyers, interactive activities,assessments, and other multimedia content.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into our learning solutions
- Support managing the company's LMS to upload training content, writing course summaries, ensure all content is up to date, and ensure accurate records of employee training and development activities
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to promote and support training initiatives
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's learning strategy

**What you will bring**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar Learning & Development role, preferably in a technology-focused industry
- Proficiency in instructional design, learning methodologies, including knowing how to use e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience facilitating training sessions and high presentation skills
- Proven experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- **Results-driven**: You should have a strong sense of accountability and be focused on achieving measurable results, such as improving learner engagement, knowledge retention, and performance.
- **Proactive**: You should be proactive in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning, and in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in the company's learning strategy.
- **Continuous learner**: You should have a passion for learning and professional development, as well as for staying informed about the industries in which the company operates, in order to create relevant and effective learning solutions.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Experience working in similar tech companies
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, online casinos, local currency payments, sports betting, and streaming industries is a plus
