Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help us continue to deliver exceptional food, every time.

**The Role**:
We
're looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and menu development at Tiny's Sandwich Bar. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, managing kitchen staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, and working alongside our team to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Menu Creation & Development: Innovate and refresh our menu offerings while keeping customer favorites intact.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring consistent quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the kitchen, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure food is delivered promptly and meets our customers' expectations, with an emphasis on consistency and quality.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong passion for food and an eye for detail in presentation and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices.
- Creative, innovative, and always looking to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
