
Employment Services Manager

**About Your Role**:
An Employment Services Manager will effectively manage the SLES and DES business unit in Bankstown. You will ensure the department meets or exceeds compliance requirements and NDIS practice standards, and coach and support our Employment Consultants in achieving KPIs and business targets by assisting school leavers with disabilities overcoming barriers and securing and maintaining employment.
This role requires someone person centered with strong team management skills and a genuine passion for the industry, along with the ability to influence and challenge the status quo to drive positive change for people with disabilities.
This position will commence in** January 2025.**

- ** Must have team management experience.**
**Requirements**:
- WWC Check and NDIS Workers Check
- Previous management experience in Employment Services is essential.
- Current NSW Driver’s License (P2 and above)
- First Aid and CPR
