**Customer Service Representative/Telemarketer Positions
- 5 Days per Week ($26 - $36 per hour)**

**WHAT WE ARE SEEKING**

P & D Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company with its Sales Office located in Bankstown who is currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representatives and Telemarketers to book cleaning appointments with prospective clients and perform general Customer Service duties while working in a motivational and dynamic environment. These positions are ongoing.

We require that you have an excellent level of english, professional communications skills and most importantly a drive to perform well.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Your primary tasks will be to cold call businesses and encourage them for one of our Sales Representatives to attend their premises and provide them with a quote. You will be presented with an online database consisting of information about each company and a script to follow loosely. You are welcome to adapt the sales calls to your liking. The other primary task will be to perform general Customer Service duties. We will provide ongoing training and support. Also, you will be responsible for taking care or our sister company Blue Sky Empowerment, a motivational and training company which includes outbound calling and other tasks.

**WHAT WE OFFER AND PAY**

Casual Employment will be offered during the trial period that will last between 3-6 months from your employment date. Your base rate will depend on your previous experience and presentation skills during your interview. Following this trial period a set base rate will be assigned depending on your results. The rate will be negotiable and based on your results during the 3-6 months trial period. There will be an opportunity for a Casual ongoing or Full-time Employment following this trial period. There is a possibility of earning up to $36 per hour or a Salary Package worth $67,000 plus super and impressive monetary rewards like bonuses worth over $80,000 per year and non-monetary rewards such as personal days off, free food/meals and event tickets

**WHAT ARE THE DAYS AND HOURS**

The working days and hours are: Monday to Thursday: 9-5pm, Friday: 9-4pm. There could be a possibility to work a minimum of 3 days instead of 5 days per week. Also, there could be an option to work from home.
