About the Role
Do you have frontline employment services experience and are ready for the next step in your career? If you are passionate about empowering teams and driving excellence in employment services, we're looking for an Employment Services Trainer to join our Inclusive Employment Australia program and help shape the future of service delivery.
In this permanent full-time role, you'll design and deliver high-quality training programs that uplift staff capability and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You'll create engaging onboarding resources, maintain comprehensive training libraries, and deliver sessions through a mix of webinars, workshops, and face-to-face coaching.
Your work will directly support frontline teams to achieve key performance indicators and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. You'll collaborate with managers and stakeholders to identify learning needs, refine training based on feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

About You
You're a confident communicator and a natural facilitator who thrives on helping others succeed. You bring:
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment and tertiary qualifications in human services, community services, adult learning, or related fields.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across diverse platforms.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Ability to identify learning needs, develop tailored training schedules, and coach staff for performance uplift.
- Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a positive learning culture.
