This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced CX Specialist to drive positive customer experiences that ensure measurable success through the identification of CX needs and the formulation and provision of recommendations for initiatives.

**About the Role**

The CX Specialist works collaboratively within a CX Project team to drive positive customer experiences.
- Develop a transferrable understanding of CX practices that they can share with their teams, functional areas and peer networks including Human Centred Design methods, CX tools and CX metrics
- Support project team leaders to develop and managed senior stakeholder relationships to develop internal advocates and ensure embedment of CX experience outcomes
- Leverage functional and organisational expertise to help identify opportunities for customer experience innovation
- Draw on expert knowledge and leadership experience within TAFE NSW to ensure CX team understands the strategic and operational priorities
- Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification or strong relevant experience in customer experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CX
- Experience working on complex pieces of work/programs/transformations
- Significant experience with leading stakeholder engagement by managing expectations and competing interests
- Ability to meet deadlines and have excellent time management skills
- Strong levels of communication and interpersonal skills
