One of the most exciting agencies currently in the Australian marketing scene has a newly developed role available for a senior CX, Digital and CRM specialist.

Working with a suite of interesting and varied clients, you’ll create data-driven strategies leveraging Martech platforms to deliver sophisticated CX and CRM programs. Day-to-day you’ll use data insights and facilitate client workshops to identify growth opportunities, and then translate this into actionable plans optimising customer experience at each lifecycle touchpoint. Your strategic output could include customer journeys, communications plans, digital strategies, or transformation roadmaps. With a deep understanding of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager, you’ll know how to marry data, technology and marketing and will be able to provide world-class advice in this space. Working with a small team, you’ll deal directly with the client and be able to engage at senior levels with a confident, engaging approach. You'll also need the ambition and drive to help grow the agency business - comfortable networking, speaking and chasing down new business opportunities.

Your background should include at least five years experience in a CX, CRM or Digitally-focused strategic role, either in a creative agency, client-side organisation or consulting environment. You must have strong Marketing Automation exposure and a passion for integrating technology with creativity. Most importantly you should have strong strategic skills that cover the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, and the ability to optimise new business opportunities for the agency.
