Exciting CX Planning role working with one of Australia’s leading creative technology agencies.
Working with some of Australia’s most loved brands in a dedicated Experience Team you’ll develop sophisticated CRM and Customer Experience strategies that will help enhance and optimise the way customers interact with brands. You’ll generate insights from consumer data, conduct client workshops, map customer journeys and develop strategic direction programs of work and creative briefs. Working closely with other teams in the agency including UX, Data, Creative and Media teams, you’ll ensure all work reflects the best of CX planning and optimises every customer touchpoint. You’ll also support your team across new business pitches.
To succeed in this role you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer experience role ideally with a focus on journey mapping, either in an agency, in-house or consulting role. You’ll need to have a strong understanding of CRM strategy and direct response advertising. You also have strong aptitude with data and can work closely with data to uncover valuable insights, write data briefs and work across data led initiatives. Most importantly you’ll be innately curious, passionate about customer experience and be able to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
