In this role, you will be a crucial member of our branch, taking the lead in developing a range of design products including strategies, presentations, and visual documentation that support the Strategy, Design and Architecture branch. The primary focus of your role will be to transform complex information into easily consumable presentations and documentation that resonate with the target audience. These products are aimed at executive and corporate levels, requiring a talent for making narratives understandable and engaging.

- Demonstrated experience as a visual storyteller in a corporate or government environment.
- Ability to translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into visually enticing, easy-to-use, and emotionally engaging designs.
- Proficiency in gathering information and materials to prepare work based on stakeholder briefs.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design skills, showcased through an exceptional portfolio of corporate design work.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a critical thinker's mindset.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Organizational skills with the capacity to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

- Independent and collaborative work on designing visual products within designated timeframes, utilizing creative design tools and techniques.
- Application of Design Thinking skills, client's Design methodology, and industry best practices to craft innovative graphic design solutions for stakeholders.
- Facilitation of stakeholder conversations through design and active use of design principles to clarify expectations and achieve outcomes.
- Building and nurturing effective relationships with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Adaptation of communication style and language to cater to the audience's knowledge, skill, and experience levels, ensuring effective information exchange.
- Actively seeking and managing feedback outcomes from stakeholders to enhance developed design products.
- Contribution of design expertise to solve problems, identify alternative courses of action or new ideas, and assessing their implications.
- Providing advice, recommendations, and influencing business decisions concerning visual design outcomes.
