The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) supports the ANU Learning & Teaching Strategy's vision for creating learning experiences that support and inspire our students. CLT acts as a knowledge, support and professional learning hub for staff in educational design and pedagogy. It works collaboratively across the University to enhance our learning environments, and to celebrate teaching excellence and innovation.
Reporting to the Senior Educational Designer in the Education Design team, the position works in close collaboration with other teams within CLT, IT Services Division, academic staff and college-based educational support staff. While this role sits centrally, the position may also work locally with college leaders, course convenors and educational support staff within the colleges to assist with the development of programs and courses in a number of modalities - including online, blended and face-to-face - and also informally with a network of similar professionals across the University.
**Position overview**
The Educational Designer is part of the Education Design team within CLT. The position works in close collaboration with the Centre for Continuing Education and Education Communities & Environment team, IT Services Division, academic staff and college-based educational support staff.
