Join a Multidisciplinary Team as an Interaction Designer | 12 month Contract + Extensions | Centrally Located

**Your new company**

You will join a Federal Government Department that looks after the digital standards across the government. You will join a fantastic and high-preforming multidisciplinary team, working alongside other UX skillsets, developers, Architects and other project skillsets.

**Your new role**

Working closely with User researches, you will incorporate their insights to:

- Develop Prototypes from low-fidelity to high-fidelity to inform design iterations.
- Undertake usability testing at varying levels of fidelity.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG AA) standards are met and exceeded.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be a successful Interaction Designer in this project, you will have:

- Demonstrable experience in interaction design for web-based products and services complemented by knowledge of visual design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
- Experience using design tools such as Sketch and/or Figma
- Experience working with user researchers and collaboratively incorporating user research and service design techniques into your work to drive design outcomes
