We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our growing team.

**Location**:
Primarily based in Malvern, Victoria

**About the Role**:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans in consultation with other Managers
- Analyse and deliver clear financial insights to guide leadership decisions, particularly in relation to business growth, operational funding, and financial sustainability.
- Assist with the setup, enhancement, and ongoing performance of internal accounting systems to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Support the preparation of key financial documents, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections used to assess current performance and guide strategic planning.
- Lead financial forecasting and reporting efforts to assist in long-term business planning and resource allocation.
- Identify strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency within the organisation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient financial processes, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- XERO or similar software experience required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and attitude, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- Participate in practice risk management and quality improvement processes

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
