We currently have a Training Partner position available in our Moorebank Distribution Center to join the Woolworths Group and support Primary Connect. As a Training Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our process-oriented workforce development initiatives, contributing to the success of our training programs. In this process-oriented position within an automated Distribution Center (DC), your experience in maintaining large-scale compliance training records and expertise in technical or skill training planning and delivery will be invaluable.

This newly-created role will play a critical part in the delivery of learning solutions that increase speed to capability and therefore contribute to Primary Connect achieving their performance measures. The Training Partner will be a dual operational training, facilitation, coaching, and administrative management position.

This role offers the flexibility of working from home while building strong relationships with the team during the initial on-site requirement. This opportunity offers the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and the freedom to work from home.

**About the Opportunity**

As a Training Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce development initiatives and ensuring the success of our training programs. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will have a key impact on ensuring that frontline delivery of training in a Distribution Center (DC) is optimised.
- Partnering with Primary Connect Operations, implement and oversee the annual Distribution Center (DC) Training plan
- Partnering with DC Operations, Safety, WFP, Primary Connect People Team and the Primary Connect E2E Learning Squad, deliver a site training plan that ensures that safety and compliance standards are met
- Being part of a collaborative approach to the development of Learning Materials, streamlining ways of working and systems to gain efficiencies in the delivery of best practice learning
- Reviewing Annual Site Training Needs Analysis and provide reporting to DC Leadership Team
- Managing Training budget - forecasting, reporting and alignment
- Managing logistics of training Programs, maintaining documentation & records to ensure compliance and achievement of training outcomes
- Reviewing site and team member competency requirements against performance and safety metrics in partnership with workforce planning
- Assisting operational leadership in the review and management of Promapp processes, as it relates to training requirements of team members
- Monitoring learning outcomes through a structured evaluation process to ensure the best operational return on investment
- Leading the team of Workplace Coaches in best practice delivery of learning through Instructional Training and Shoulder to Shoulder Coaching
- Partnering with workforce planning teams to ensure training plans meet site labour demands Supporting and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace

You will have great exposure to large-scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads. Due to the varied nature of each DC’s operations, this role will be dynamic in nature.
