**Job Description: Trade Services Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, tradespeople, and cliental.
- Responsible for quoting, conducting site visits, and formulating policies for trades.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the project and at its conclusion to ensure high standards of work.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and the timely delivery of services.
- Ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Be responsible for ordering project supplies and materials.
- Provide general support to project teams and stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with contractors and service providers, including handymen, plumbers, electricians, and tilers, to coordinate project activities.
- Utilise project management software, CRM, and accounting tools effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Trade Services Coordinator or in a similar supervisor role.
- Knowledge of project management principles and office management systems.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma and additional qualifications in project management or construction.
- Experience with CRM and project management software.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
