**About the Opportunity**

We’re looking for a talented Commercial Performance Analyst to join our team and help support the Member Health team.

Reporting to the Strategy and Analytics Lead, you'll deliver timely, accurate insights and advanced analytics, playing a crucial part in achieving the hub’s goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use advanced analytics tools and techniques to deliver fact-based, strategic recommendations quickly
- Identify and resolve data gaps, offering solutions to improve data quality
- Conduct complex data analysis and create high-quality reports and dashboards
- Extract key insights and turn them into actionable strategies
- Continuously improve data management processes, tools, and team capabilities
- Collaborate with business users, experts, and technical teams to translate requirements and assess data delivery feasibility
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, present findings, and manage expectations

**About You**
- Strong experience analyzing large, complex datasets using SQL (Teradata/SAS) and Excel, with familiarity in new tools as needed
- Data visualization experience is essential (Tableau, PowerBI preferred)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive solutions
