We are a young and growing national pest control business, committed to providing high-quality services to our clients across Australia. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an **Operations Manager** to help drive the smooth day-to-day operations out of our Melbourne office, supporting both our management team and our dedicated team of technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support the Director**: Assist the Director with the day to day operations of the office.
- **Technician Management**: Oversee and manage the team of technicians on the road, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- **Document and Compliance Management**: Collaborate with Admin to improve technician documentation processes and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Training & Software Support**: Ensure new technicians are properly onboarded, trained, and proficient in using the company’s software systems.
- **Tech Support & Queries**: Serve as the go-to point of contact for general tech-related queries from both office staff and technicians.
- **Technician Relations**: Foster strong working relationships with technicians, providing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring morale and productivity.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor technician quality control processes to ensure high standards of service and compliance with company policies.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and improve workflows, processes, and team performance
- Experience in a technical or service industry preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
