Role Overview

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising Feathers Boutique's online store, driving performance, and overseeing the end-to-end customer journey. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, collaboration across teams, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Feathers Boutique website and back end.
  • Manage product uploads, descriptions, imagery, and merchandising.
  • Monitor and enhance website performance, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Implement improvements and innovations to drive online sales and engagement.
  • Loyalty Mangement
  • SEO Maintenance
  • Order Management & Fulfilment
  • Oversee the online order process from purchase to delivery.
  • Manage and support the online fulfilment team, identifying efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Maintain service excellence with a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with Marketing to align promotions, campaigns, and communications.
  • Partner with Design to ensure new collections are launched seamlessly online.
  • Collaborate with the Executive team on business priorities and digital strategy.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on online sales, traffic, and customer insights.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, experience with Shopify and/or Retail Express.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
