Seeking a true Admin all-rounder with Accounting firm experience - Outstanding company culture that encourages growth and development - Prahran location | Close to public transport **About the role** **Key Responsibilities** Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Supervising the day-to-day operations of the admin team - Develop, review, and improve admin systems and procedures - Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals - Involvement with Accounts Receivable - General office operations and administration including: - Managing ASIC requirements for our clients - Company & Trust setups - Company registrations ABN, GST, PAYG etc. - Liaising with Accountants, the ATO and ASIC **Skills and Experience** - Experience working in a similar position within Administration Manager roles advantageous - Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Overall great team player - High degree of attention to detail - Excellent time management skills - Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively - ASIC - ATO - CAS360 - NTAA/Constitute - ordering entities - Advanced Microsoft knowledge **About the client** Located in Prahran, this Accounting firm prides itself on being a proactive and forward thinking practice that is professional, responsible and a fun place to work This firm has been placed in the “Top 100 Accounting Firms” since 2018, our client puts effort into creating a workplace that is collaborative, supportive and that enables growth for every team member.
