Very keen to speak to Consultants that have an ECP certification that haven't worked on an ECP project as yet but want the opportunity (must have a heavy SAP Payroll background if no previous ECP experience)

Role being based in either Sydney or Brisbane - Brisbane/QLD location is preferred and the role offers flexible work options

**Required Qualifications**:

- Certification in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors module. (Employee Central Payroll Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years with system implementations, Functional solutions, Business Analyst
- At least 1 Full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors EC or Payroll Module.
- Prior experience in functional role / end user preferred

**Experience Required**:

- In depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions and business processes.
- Expert in implementation of SAP Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP
- Skilled in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment system consulting.
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimise their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations by keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
