Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Tester
with extensive hands-on experience in testing
SuccessFactors modules
. This role will be responsible for driving testing strategy, mentoring junior testers, and ensuring the quality and reliability of HR cloud solutions across global implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    planning, design, and execution
    of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP SuccessFactors projects.
  • Perform and oversee
    functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing
    across Employee Central and other modules (Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, etc.).
  • Validate
    system configurations, workflows, role-based permissions, and data integrations
    between SuccessFactors and third-party/legacy HR systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are fully validated and defects are resolved promptly.
  • Manage and track defects, providing root cause analysis and recommendations using tools such as
    Jira, HP ALM, or qTest
    .
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure testing timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
  • Champion best practices for
    QA processes, automation opportunities, and Agile delivery methods
    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of professional
    SAP SuccessFactors testing experience
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Employee Central
    (mandatory) and at least
    two or more modules
    such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Succession.
  • Solid experience with
    integration testing
    (SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll, EC Payroll, or other third-party systems).
  • Proficiency with
    test management and defect tracking tools
    (Jira, HP ALM, qTest, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    global HR business processes
    and SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
