**Essential**:

- Demonstrated evidence of capabilities in Council’s Leadership Blueprint to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture.

- Significant experience of working in SAP ECC and SAP SuccessFactors environments in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution architecture and in depth experience as SAP HR and Payroll Senior Functional Analyst with SAP HR/Payroll related configuration experience including integration with Finance/Controlling and Success Factors.
- Demonstrated significant experience of successfully managing SAP functional teams including the implementation of industry frameworks (eg ITIL or SAP Activate) and functional analysis and configuration services in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience in contemporary/iterative IT delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and the practices, ceremonies and delivery governance associated with these delivery methods.
- Significant experience in end to end SAP project implementations in a process driven environment in the capacity of functional lead/functional analyst/business analyst.
- Demonstrated specialist experience in SAP HCM sub modules Payroll, Time management, personnel administration, organisational management, people analytics/MSS, SAP SuccessFactors and having a detailed knowledge of employee life cycle as well as payroll processes.

**Desirable**:

- Demonstrated experience in working in a business function related to the value stream.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant or related discipline
- Business analysis and or business process analysis training and certification in a recognised framework.
- Demonstrated experience and industry training and certifications in SAP module functional analysis and configuration.
- Experience with Experience with SAP SuccessFactors SaaS products

**Note**:Australia Citizens/PR Holders/ Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
