**About the role**:
Position is available due to ongoing growth.

We have an opportunity available for the right person that wish to join a growing team. We are looking for a dental assistant. The role is primarily dental assisting but one is expected to be an all rounder and help out where necessary. Reception work expected as well.

The role requires you to be the 2IC at times. Experience in management preferred but not required.

The position is a permanent role. The position will either start as a Casual, or straight into a permanet contract depending on experience and compatibility. After 6 months probation, there will be a pay increase. This amount will be pre-determined in your contract. The role is ultimately a Permanent one.

**Expected hours**:

**About the Role**:
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This is a dynamic, all-rounder role that involves both chairside assisting and reception duties, ensuring seamless support across the clinic. As a key member of the team, you will occasionally step into a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) position, with opportunities to develop your leadership skills and grow within the practice.

This is a permanent role. However, all successful aplicants will start as a Casual before transitioning to a permanent position. After a 6-month probationary period, permanent position can be discussed and a predetermined pay increase will be offered.

**Key Criteria**:

- **Experience in Dental Assisting and Reception**:
Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in both dental assisting and reception work, including managing appointments, patient care, and supporting clinical procedures. If you have no direct experience in dentistry or a clinical setting, explain how your previous roles or experiences have prepared you to meet the key criteria for this position.
- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:
Provide examples of how you’ve effectively communicated with patients, clients, or team members in previous roles, ensuring a positive experience for all.
