**Role Summary**:
The **Renewable Project Scheduler** is a newly created opportunity in our Future Energy business unit based at our Perth CBD office.

A key role within the Renewable Projects team, providing scheduling expertise to support renewable project delivery. Duties include development, monitoring and reporting of schedules, baselines and activity completion, and identifying opportunities for schedule improvement. The role also includes reporting on costs (budget, actuals and forecasts), working closely with the project accountant

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Create and maintain project schedules, costs and resources for Synergy’s renewable projects.
- Develop baseline schedule and monitor/analyse current schedule against the established baseline.
- Identify activities or sequences of activities that are material and critical to the project and effectively communicate these to the appropriate members of the project team.
- Provide planning and scheduling strategies to optimise schedules in response to changing project conditions
- Monitor project progress together with project managers, forecast completion, identify slippages, escalating where required and suggest strategies for schedule recovery

**What you’ll bring**:

- Diploma in project management or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in work & resource planning and scheduling
- Sound knowledge of project management procedures and practices.
- High level organisational skills
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, Primavera P6
