As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in the oversight and management of the delivery of large projects.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in driving project success by:

- Overseeing project performance, budgeting, and forecasting

- Coordinating resources, schedules, and delivery timelines

- Monitor and report on work-in-progress and ensure timely milestone completion

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Define project scope, priorities, and resource needs

- Manage team capacity and setting clear deliverable timelines

- Lead regular meetings and fostering continuous improvement

- Identify, document and report project risks

- Strategic Thinking: Align divisional goals with long-term business success. Ability to see the big picture and anticipate future outcomes

- Financial Acumen: Understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting and be able to make data-driven decisions to optimise profitability.

- Project Leadership: Deliver projects using Agile, Lean, and proven methodologies. Manage timelines, resources and deliverables.

- Risk Management: Anticipate challenges, identify potential risks and ensure mitigation plans and compliance across the board.
