**About the Opportunity**

The Service Lead is responsible for leading the local network of Neighbourhood teams, which consist of the Neighbourhood Coordinators, Support Workers and Volunteers. You will ensure that the team fosters strong relationships and connections with each client and their circle of support, to make a real difference in the delivery of person-centred Home and Community Care services.

This is a permanent full-time role, based out of your preference of our offices in Orange, Dubbo, Wagga Wagga or Broken Hill.

**About you**
- Tertiary or Diploma qualification in a relevant field, such as Aged Care, Health, Business and/or working towards or equivalent years of experience
- Five or more years' experience in supervising a team, and nurturing them through ambiguity and change
- Significant understanding for client needs, to convert these into positive service delivery outcomes
- Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for vulnerable, at risk and disadvantaged members of the community
- Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
