We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team working our Deakin Office, on a part-time basis. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing services company.

**About the role**
- _General Accounts / HR / Admin support role_
- _Part Time, Monday to Friday (24hrs/week with opportunity to increase)_
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook_
- _An understanding of basic customer reporting processes_
- _Highly Developed Customer Services Skills_

An understanding of ISO QMS, HR Management systems or the Security/Property industry would be **highly advantageous.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $31.19 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
