**The Opportunity**
Our client is Australia’s leading designer of spiral stairs, servicing all of Australia. Their priority is the satisfaction of their clients. They are currently searching for an Office Manager for their Carrum Downs office - could it be you?
This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic admin assistant looking for growth. The team is small and friendly, and the business experiences continuous growth. There is real room for career advancement as growth continues - the business has existed, and thrived, for 20+ years
We are searching for a dedicated self-starter who can identify improvement opportunities and be the go-to person for the rest of the team. Ideally 4 days per week (to begin), or 30.4 hours (with some flexibility - although there may be an occasional need for more (paid) hours, so flexibility in return is a must
It is likely that this role will grown into a full-time role as the company experiences further growth.
**You**
You will confident and capable in running the front office, liaising with customers, builders etc. You will be adaptable enough to provide daily support for the Operations Manager (customer liaison, ordering materials, arranging freight and installations), and are ideally well-versed in a variety of systems: databases, Xero Accounting (for accounts payable and receivables and wages) Job Management and Quality Systems.
