We're looking for someone with their finger on the pulse of social media trends, who will take a customer-first attitude to everything they do to help deliver positive customer sentiment and great business outcomes. **What You'll Do**:

- Work within the Xaana Ohana team to manage the digital content experience
- Curating, managing and activating content strategy across social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Build our LinkedIn presence with consistent **daily **content posts and social media growth strategies (must).
- Develop assets such as case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and editorial content within the content space.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a workflow of content delivery cycles
- Accountable for the continuous improvement and optimisation of digital content, including ensuring the accuracy of content and adherence to any required peer review processes

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Approximate 3+ years in marketing; experience in Fin-Tech space would be preferred
- Experience producing white papers (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in using content management systems
- Experience with producing high-quality content for LinkedIn (must have)
- Ability to think strategically about how content is effectively brought to life across platforms and channels
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience in copywriting a plus, but not required
- Experience executing and supporting content strategies
- Proficiency in ensuring brand guidelines are met, and commercial agreements are upheld
- Strong project management and communication skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canberra A, CT 2601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
