This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate and creative team, where you'll work alongside a range of client brands.
As one of our Social Media Executives, you'll work closely with a set portfolio of clients to deliver killer social media content. Your main responsibilities will be to manage social media accounts and support a set portfolio of clients.
A day in your role at Ivy Social would involve:
- Communicating with clients, building strong relationships, and developing a deep understanding of their business needs, including leading monthly check-in meetings.
- Dreaming up creative ideas, planning, writing, and creating social media content to help your clients kick their business goals.
- Managing social media accounts, including planning, copywriting and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Creating short-form video content, including developing trending video ideas, preparing shoot plans, capturing content on mobile phones, and basic editing.
- Setting up ads on Meta in alignment with your client's goals (training can be provided if needed, and we have Performance Marketing Specialists in our team to provide support).
- Reporting and analysing on the success of client social media accounts.
- Managing social media projects such as influencer partnerships, photoshoots, blog content, emails and creative projects on behalf of your client portfolio, on an ad-hoc basis.
You'll be our ideal person for the job if you have:
- Industry experience within social media, marketing, PR or account management.
- Flawless communication and people skills that allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
- A knack for writing punchy social media captions (impeccable spelling and grammar are absolute essentials).
- Supreme organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to remain focused when managing competing priorities.
- A degree in Marketing, PR, Business, Media Production, Journalism, Advertising or Communications, or relevant industry experience.
- A strong awareness of social media trends and tactics.
- A keen sense of self-motivation, with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands.
These things aren't essential, but would be an added gold star for your application:
- Experience managing content creation photoshoots or creative projects.
- Experience producing digital content, such as Instagram reels and TikTok content.
- Experience in Meta advertising and Meta business manager.
