**Description**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven professional to join our Sydney site at Eastern Creek. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture.
The P&C Business Partner is an autonomous position providing generalist human resources advice to the site in line with corporate strategy and core values, people management, employee relations, support, learning & development, recruitment, HR, administration and events planner to internal clients within a manufacturing facility.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Provide high quality support, advice and guidance to your key stakeholders across the business. This may include performance and conduct matters, strategy, and compliance
Act as a key contact for unions and union delegates
Support in Enterprise Bargaining preparation
Review, update and improve P&C procedures to maintain alignment with legislation and company updates
Manage site employee relations and individual matters in line with corporate policy and statutory requirements
Ensure compliance with employment provisions of relevant awards and legislation
Influencing key stakeholders to ensure that the People & Culture strategy is delivered
Be a trusted advisor to Manufacturing Managers, Supervisors, future leaders, and team members
Manage the recruitment process for all site positions including advertising, preparing position descriptions, coordinating pre-employment screening, managing applicants, preparing paperwork and facilitating the induction process
Administering new starter paperwork
Ensuring relevant company inductions for new employees, on-boarding and probation review & exit interviews
Ensure compliance training delivered as required
Participate in identifying learning and development needs and recommending relevant solutions
Lead and coordinate projects in association with management on HR initiative
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Degree qualified in Human Resources
Extensive and demonstrated experience in generalist human resources roles, preferably within a manufacturing / FMCG environment
Employee Relations experience, including exposure to management of union relationships, and providing guidance and support in relation to ER matters
Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues
You will be comfortable building and maintaining strong partnerships to drive business results
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
Highly effective communication skills
