Stand-alone (but highly supported) P&C Manager role | Generalist responsibilities | Work on-site in east
**Your new company**
Your new company is a family-owned transport business located in the eastern suburbs. Modernisation of its systems, processes and vehicles, as well as diversification across its services, has ensured its consistent success.
**Your new role**
Your new role will see you reporting into the General Manager as the stand-alone HR professional for the organisation. With the support of various systems, subscriptions and external resources, your role will see you manage a wide range of HR responsibilities not limited to:
- People training and development
- Employee relations and industrial relations
- Recruitment including attraction and retention
- People culture and wellbeing
- Compliance, safety and Workcover
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in a stand-alone or autonomous position
- Generalist experience at the Business Partnering or Management level
- Strong people skills
- An ability to work across various systems
- Availability to work on-site full-time (some flexibility to WFH off-peak)
