**Property Management Assistant Opportunity**

- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

**Responsibilities**:
Assist property managers with day-to-day tasks, such as:

- Coordinating property viewings and inspections
- Responding to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests
- Maintaining accurate property records
- Conducting routine inspections, including ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Support the leasing team with marketing and advertising efforts
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
