An excellent opportunity is now available for an Office Manager to join the friendly team at I-MED Long Jetty on a full time, permanent basis.
I-MED Radiology is Australia's largest private diagnostic imaging network offering a comprehensive range of services including CT, MRI, ultrasound, general x-ray, and a commitment to exceptional standards of patient care.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be providing operational leadership and management to the clinic, enabling the administrative team members to deliver high quality, efficient, professional, and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community.
As the Office Manager, you will provide support and guidance to the reception team while providing frontline reception duties, managing senior clerical responsibilities and providing exceptionally patient focused services.
This position would ideally suit someone who has experience in Radiology or Allied Healthcare.

Key accountabilities include
- Managing medical reception and clinic administration services professionally
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Manage and drive the performance of the clinics daily appointment schedules
- Manage data and information accuracy, including invoicing and receipting
- Ensure clerical staff have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities
- Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, mentoring and coaching
To be successful in this role you will have
- Demonstrated experience within a reception role
- Ability to manage, coach and lead clerical / clinical staff
- Ability to lead and drive the I-MED patient care and customer service standards
- Experience within Radiology or Allied Health is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
- Experience in a customer service environment
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

Covid-19 Vaccination Policy
I-MED has a policy which requires all I-MED staff to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 unless they have a valid medical exemption, however each state may have applicable Public Health Orders with additional requirements, and this will be discussed during the interview process.
