Key responsibilities in the role include:

- Assist with repayment options
- Loan documentation uploads
- Assist with account updates
- General enquiries
- Have strong attention to detail for making accurate file notes and updating the database
- Adhere to internal policy, system processes and external regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Ability to always remain professional, respectful, and cooperative
- A team player with a positive mindset
- An ability to build rapport and manage positive relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work with a variety of customers
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer environment desirable

You will enjoy solving problems, helping people, strong communication, and have a can-do attitude.

Full Time working Mon-Wed 8am to 4.30pm / Thurs 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm, you will also receive free Gym Membership and free onsite parking.

Part Time Position working 25 hours per week with flexibility of hours.
