We are looking for a professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field who will join the procurement team of IND Technology in Melbourne, Australia. You must have minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain activities, including procurement and inventory management, and ISO compliance. You will have the opportunity of working with world-leading and industrial experts in delivering multi-awards-winning IoT powerline monitoring solutions to our customers in Australia, Canada, USA and Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on procurement activities, stock levels, supply chain and other operational metrics.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and take actions to fruition.
- Track and report on procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, cash conversion cycle and reduce waste.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001) within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ISO records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing for ISO audits and ensure all documentation is compliant.
- Develop and maintain ISO-related reports and records.
- Analyze operational data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the operations, finance, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on operational activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and best practices.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational reporting, supply chain activities, including procurement and inventory management, and ISO compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Self-starter and work independently

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in operational reporting and procurement.
- Certification in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
