- ** A great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst to join the dynamic team at Endeavour Group**:

- ** Flexible hybrid role - Office location is Richmond Melbourne**

As the **Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst**, you will work within a collaborative team to support the delivery of a National payroll accurately on a weekly and monthly basis.

Here’s a snapshot of the **Payroll Systems and Reporting Analyst**responsibilities:

- Requirement gathering for all regulatory and non-regulatory payroll changes including project based tasks
- User Acceptance Testing for SAP releases and all system changes in Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Maintaining and assisting in the development of Payroll Reporting for Finance and the broader business
- Supporting the Payroll Operations team by providing functional SAP assistance
- Payroll Tax submission and assisting with the annual return
- Providing insights from data analysis to support decision making and drive process optimisation.

**Qualifications**:
Now let’s talk about you:

- You will bring to the role a strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Payroll
- Minimum of 5 years payroll experience.
- Systems experience - SAP ECP is desirable, Service Now and/or UKG is also ideal.
- Experience working in larger organisations, within a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation.
- Ability to solve complex problems relating to payroll, leave and GL accounts.
- Excellent time management skills, eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to document and deliver process improvements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
