**The opportunity**:
We are on the lookout for an Supply Planning Assistant to join our dynamic team Reporting directly to the Demand Planner, the role is responsible for providing support in all aspects of the brands supply chain and Brand Support function. **Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of communication with global suppliers and China Office to ensure PO Delivery & shipment compliance.
- Work closely with our Product / Sales / Marketing / Logistics teams to develop seasonal supply strategies.
- Proactive communication with factories to ensure production timelines and targets are optimised.
- Assist in raising purchase orders for finished goods in alignment with Brand’s requirements and market demand.
- Ensure PO Delivery Tracking is updated with the latest supplier and ex-factory information.
- Maintain and manage supplier WIP documentation.
- Trouble shoot and assist in resolving any inventory and logistics issues.
- Provide accurate delivery reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Keying, maintaining and confirming Customers orders
- Weekly reporting of order status to Sales and Business Managers
- Complete and maintain Major customer delivery schedules
- Set up product and ranges in AP21 system seasonally and follow through to ensure all data required is updated
- Maintain carry over styles pricing and season updates in line with new season cut over
- Maintain and add product to our customers order system Salesnet with accurate images for customers to place orders
- Generate and test seasonal order forms for customers to utilise when placing orders and Customer service to upload
- Maintain and confirm all pricing is accurately set up in all internal systems ensuring accurate invoicing
- Provide APN/EAN, Pricing and confirmed quantities to customers to ensure orders are raised accurately

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- An understanding or interest in supply planning, global shipping and logistics, and customer service
- Confident in managing effective relationships with numerous external suppliers and China office staff.
- A strong ability to manage and develop internal relationships across multiple departments.
- Solid organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Aptitude to problem solve and resolve supplier issues independently; and to communicate effective options to the brand stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and numeric skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills, accurate data entry skills along with great attention to detail
- A working knowledge of Apparel21 (AP21) would be advantageous or experience working with similar Oracle based software programs.
- EDI Customer order experience, and maintaining bulk orders accordingly
- Ability to work well under pressure during seasonal peak periods
- General computer skills with this role largely being a data and system driven role
