**The Job**

The Garden Bar & BBQ is our gorgeous outdoor venue located within the Grounds gardens. If you are you creative, driven, innovative and passionate about delivering the very best customer experience we want you to join us in bringing our Garden to the next level.

We are looking for someone who will thrive off a busy environment, work autonomously and passionately during service as well as work collaboratively with your peers and managers. You will embrace the opportunity to work in venue remaining hands on and customer facing. **Andits days only**

**You will need**
- Strong personality and great communication - its all about a great customer experience.
- 2+ years previous experience in a fast-paced, professional environment ideally both bar and FOH.
- Experience leading a small team
- Proven ability in building effective relationships with all staff to create a united team
- An energetic temperament coupled with approachability
- Have a strong work ethic and passion for customer service and experience
- Full working rights to work in Australia
- RSA
- Availability weekends and public holidays - definite deal breaker

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
